eCommerce, orders and logistics

Order fulfillment is where a lot can go wrong, and it's where I'm most at home. I keep every order moving and every customer informed, and I'm happy to help run the day to day of your eCommerce or dropshipping store.

Claims and dispute resolution

I've always loved a good puzzle.

I really enjoy figuring things out. I look closely at every detail, gather the evidence and ask the right questions until I understand what happened. Then I work on the best solution for everyone.

Claims have been part of my career from the start. I handled claims and investigations at J.P. Morgan Chase, then brought that same curiosity to a U.S. furniture eCommerce brand where I also trained the claims team.

Every case is different, but I always look for patterns. Once I spot one, I can help make sure the same issue doesn't happen again.

Remote technical support

At Accenture, I provided technical support for Wix and Lenovo: from website domains and hosting to Level 2 support for gaming and business computers.

I love learning, and tech is one of my favorite things to figure out. From hardware to software, I know my way around computers. I can troubleshoot remotely, set up new apps or learn a new software for you and show you the shortcuts.

This is one of my favorite things to build. I don't just document the tasks I handle. I can create SOPs for your whole business and everyone in it, from your team and new hires to every department and role. I'll map out how things run and how every task gets done, step by step. I believe data helps us make informed decisions instead of guessing. I'm not a math genius, and I won't pretend to be. Where I'm strong is logic: spotting patterns and trends, asking why something happened and figuring out what to do next.

I use SQL, Python and spreadsheets to dig into the numbers. Then I explain what I found in plain words, along with what I think we should do about it.

I believe in integrity at work. I'm completely open to you monitoring my work with Time Doctor or any time-tracking software you prefer.

I know a lot of people don't like being tracked. Honestly, I don't mind at all. It keeps me accountable, and it lets you see my work without having to check in on me all the time. I do my best work when I'm trusted, not micromanaged, and tracking helps build that trust from day one. It's completely up to you.

I think like an owner

I've started two businesses of my own and helped run our family business. Those years taught me more than any job title could. I learned how to manage people, deal with suppliers, keep the books, solve problems on the spot and keep everything moving at the same time.

Kept customer satisfaction above 90% (the target was 85%) across 60 to 80 calls a day. QA recognized me for accuracy a few times too.
Finished top of my training class on Wix's first support team outside the U.S. I also worked with their developers on early bug reports.
Level 2 tech support for Lenovo gaming and business devices, and I always hit my satisfaction target.

I don't always know where I'm going, and I've made peace with that. Some of the best things in my life began with one small, uncertain step. The way doesn't show up before you start walking. It shows up because you do. Somehow the next step always shows up.

"A ship in harbor is safe, but that is not what ships are built for."

There's comfort in staying close to the shore, and I understand why so many of us do. It's quiet there and nothing can surprise you. But I've always been curious about what's beyond it. Every time I've taken a step into the unknown even when I was unsure and a little scared, I came back braver and a little more myself. I'm learning that growth rarely feels comfortable, but it's always worth it.

I love research. When something catches my interest, I deep dive until I understand how it works and why it is the way it is.

Lately that has been neuroplasticity, the brain's ability to rewire itself at any age. I find it reassuring with AI changing how we work every day. Our brains are built to adapt, and our curiosity, judgment and heart are what keep us one step ahead.
